Once you are on your word document use to paste:

This will open a small search bar, type in 'baleen'. All mentions of baleen whales will be highlighted.

The Snipping Tool

To copy images, you are usually able to right click and select the copy image option. Although in some cases this may not work and you will need to use the snipping tool. To access the snipping tool press:

Begin to type 'snipping', and press enter. The snipping tool will now open.

The snipping tool is great for documenting and evaluating evidence within programes. For example, you are editing a video in premier pro and you need to evidence your processes.

You can now press create new and drag over the image you would like to copy into your document.
