From request to Moodle Access

Why has the process changed?

User follows steps and has Moodle access (can be up to 24hrs later)

Cadi-Digital checks username / ticket goes to Infrastructure

Complete External User Moodle Access form

Cadi-Digital send steps out to user and requester

Account is created in the IS vault and it comes back to Cadi-Digital

This form gives us all necessary information and creates a ticket.

The user has to verify their identity and set a password

Infrastructure must ensure account exists in the account vault

This automatically populates the EE spreadsheet
