Locating the Correct Store Number
We know that adding a Store Number to every case in Salesforce is mandatory, but be careful - you don't want to use the wrong field to enter the Store Number!
As we know, we will need to add a Store Number to our case by selecting the 'Store Search' button in our Quicklinks.
When searching for the store number, it is extremely important to remember to use the correct field. The Sterling Store Number is for Akron brand stores (Kay, Jared, Kay Outlet), and the Zales Store Number is for Dallas brand stores (Zales, Peoples, Banter). Putting the store number in the incorrect field will result in the wrong store identified on the case.
Remember, if you select the wrong store, just click on Store Search again to re-search!
