My Personal Theory in The workplace

I work in the pediatric psych unit at Strong Hospital. I work with a variety of kids, and see a lot. We have patients who come in for both chronic mental health issues and those in crisis. I have found that working here, I am a "bleeding heart" and sometimes have a hard time understanding and accepting you can't help everyone

Self-Awareness

Became some what aware of my personal theory during college This project has made me take a deeper dive into it, and force me to understand myself better

• Change begins internally
