German Education
Germany has one of the most well-respected educational systems of Europe, with the german educational system emphasizing aspects like vocational training. German education is considered to be high-standard, and some of their universities are renowned across the world, like the Technical University of Munich, or the Heilderberg University.

German food
German food is also very well-known, with some pieces of gastronomy like pretzels being symbolic of a diversified gastronomic culture like Germany´s.
Bavarian Cream
Stollen
Stollen is a fruit bread of nuts, spices, and dried or candied fruit, coated with powdered sugar or icing sugar. It is a traditional German Christmas bread.
Bavarian cream is a dessert consisting of an egg-based cooked custard (milk thickened with eggs) and gelatin, into which whipped cream is folded.
Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte
Pretzel
Black Forest cherry cake is a popular German dessert consisting of chocolate sponges that are coated in whipped cream and dotted with kirschwasser-infused cherries
pretzel, from German pronunciation, is a type of baked pastry made from dough that is commonly shaped into a knot.

Houses are very expensive, just like in Portugal.
Conclusion
Overall, it seems like going to Germany would be a good form of learning more about not just German culture and also European History. Still, in it is very expensive, but can be a rewarding experience.
