Water pollution is impacting how humans are able to use their water sources
Definition
Water pollution: contamination of water sources by substances which make the water unstable for drinking, cooking, etc.
How does water pollution impact the natural processes of Earths minerals and rocks?
Mining causes acids to get pushed throughout water sources and causes them not to be as clean for drinking and animal life.
How is water pollution impacted by earthquakes?
Earthquakes can cause particles to go into wells and contaminated the water that we drink. With that the quailty of the water is then not as good as it used to be.
How does water pollution impact the natural processes of Earth's water and water systems?
Water pollution can cause for water environments to become dangerous for whatever might be living in it. It also can produce a lot moe alge and cause for the oxygen levels to reduce.
what are long term consequences to the Earth as a result of water pollution?
Sewage water/ waste water will become more common. Which means water would be harder to find that is clean and good for aniamls to drink out of. Which would cause the wildlife population to decrease.
oil pollution, oils and gases could began to enter the waterways and cause major issues that would make our everyday lives very different.
How does water pollution impact the natural processes of Earth's oceans and ocean systems?
Red tides will gorw rapidly and produce toxic effects. These tides can affect ocean life and sometimes humans as well. This can also result in hypoxia or dead zones.
How does water pollution impact the natural processes of Earth's atmosphere and atmospheric systems ?
As the climate changes we start to see methane and CO2 emissions from water resources. Which develops into a concerning source of warming gas in the atmosphere .
What are some of the most viable solutions?
One of the most effective way to reduce water pollution would be to treat water before the water can be fully polluted.
A solution I would purpose, would be to start having water ways far away from anything that could potentially affect it or harm the wildlife that could be living around that water way. Also, make sure we as humans be cleaner and watch what we are wasting and where we are wasting it to.
Conclusion
Water pollution does have an affect on how humans can use the resources they have. It also affects how animlas can live and be one with the Earth as well. It can also have an effect on the weather and how seasons/temperatures change. With that being said water pollution effects a lot more than just humans.
