These ‘elephants’ can be all sorts of things…
M is easily offended, so when we review team activities that have happened we don’t usually offer much personal feedback about things that could have been better in case they get upset.
In team prayer times or team meetings, the more extrovert members of the team tend to dominate and the more reflective team members find it difficult to contribute.
Team communication isn’t as clear and frequent as it used to be and it is sometimes difficult to know what the expectations are on the team.
Some team members are promising to do things that are just not getting done.
Several members of the team feel like the vision of the team should be different than what has been agreed.
Team members are feeling that the demands of the new church community are too great and the activities of the new church community might need to be reduced.
S is always late to planned events and it’s putting pressure on the rest of the team.
The main church community gathering isn’t really working but you don’t want to be negative.
The team isn’t really praying as regularly as it should be.
