What is the Enrollment Department?
The enrollment department is responsible for processing new and existing client, employer, and employee paperwork. This department is also responsible for budgets.

This is an overview of the role,which varies from state to state and program to program,it includes but is not limited to the following:

GTG
Update client, employer, and employee information as needed and requested in all applicable systems (AFA/DCI/LF).
Inform the CLT/ER of "Good to Go" or GTG. Answer intial questions of what that means for their situation
Be able to resolve issues with time punches, communicate program and Acumen needs, and overall support the self-direction.

Update Budgets
Be the go-to contact for the enrollment and budget needs. Reach out to clients/employers as needed
Work with the program, case manager, or client on ensuring the pay rates and vendor budgets are accurate and up to date.
Everything begins with enrollment and branches out. It does not stop with a "GTG". Working with CS, GL, Payroll, and tax is necessary to support the client.
Using guides and resources, specialists will check that each document has the necessary information. They will contact the CLT/ER for corrections needed.
