Brand Impact
How do consumers perceive your brand? Customers think about products or drive brand awareness.
Ex: a famous brand product of Apple, when launched, has contributed to creating a craze and attracted the attention of a large number of consumers. Apple products are not only considered high-quality products, but also give users a sense of luxury and class.
Consumer Outcomes
The results or effects that a product or service has on a customer. Including the customer's experiece of the product or service, their satisfaction. Create positive consumer outcomes that enhance the trust and success of the business.
Ex: when a customer buys a TV, the product is of good quality, at the right value, with warranty support and good customer care. The company is profitable and customers can recommend the product to family and friends.
Customer Value
The customer's perception of the value of a company's product or service.
For example, when a customer buys a car with high safety features, fuel economy and good design, thoughtful advice and support. All these factors create value for the customer and help car brands attract and retain customers.
Attribution
The marketing investment the business is making. The goal of attribution is to determine which channels and messages have the greatest impact on a consumer's decision to convert.
