Using LibCal for study rooms

The new way of managing the study rooms is housed in Springshare. The reason we are moving to this system is that it allows students to book study rooms themselves online. You will be using the generic account we have for Springshare.

When you first sign into the platform, you will select the top left blue rectangle titled "LibApps." Then, you will choose the option "LibCal."

Once you are on the LibCal portion of the site, you will select the option "Spaces," on the top menu.

From here, select "Booking Grid & Availability."

All you have to do on this page is click the blue "Go" button.

This is the page you can see bookings on the backend. You can also add and delete bookings here. Now you try!
