introduction

• She was born in Sweden in 1556 and she died in Denmark in 1643.
• She was part of the high nobility.
• Sophia was a astronomer and a horticulturist.
• When she was 10 years old she becamed interested in astronomy.

Sophia and his bRother.

• Sophia has 10 brothers and sisters and one of them called Tycho Brahe was a astronomer.
• When she was 17 years old, she started to work with his brother althogh their family didn´t like it.
• They investigate the exact position of the planets.

His first husband

• Sophia was married with Otto Thott and they had a child.
• Years later Otto died in 1588.
• She inherit a very big property in Escania (Sweden). There she started to make a enormous garden and she dedicate this time to the horticulture.

His second husband

• In 1602 she was married with his second husband Erik Langge. Unfortunatly 10 years later Erik died.
• After this misfortune Sophia went to Helsingor. There she started to work the genealogy.
• Also she started to work on chemistry making new medicines.
