- (Re)Design of the PADDE (potential that digital brings to the development of the pedagogical but also of the organizational dimensions) - Involvement of the schools Headmasters/Digital Devepoment Teams - Involment of the intermediate structures (monitoring) - Teachers’ digital empowerment focused on digital pedagogy - Digital Education Resources as a way to promote innovative practices - Nurture the learning communities and the networks established / to be established (sustainability)

- (Re)design learning spaces empowered by digital to promote innovative pedagogies and active learning methodologies - Effectively communicate the educational and organisational value of incorporating digital into school practices - Giving the floor to schools, teachers and pupils valuing their work - Deeper differentiation of the monitoring process according to the needs and potentialites of each context
