TEA ENGLISH GUIDE..
Preparation of the tea english : introduction
MENU
1. Take 100mL of water in a pan. 2. This will be our solvent. 3. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar and tea leaves, each. 4. These will be our solutes. 5. Boil the mixture in order to dissolve the solutes in the solvent. 6. Now add 80mL of milk... 7. Boil the mixture. 8. After a few minutes, filter the mixture. 9. Collect the filtrate in a cup.
- Add ½ a mug of boiling WATER per person to a pot (approx. 140ml). - Add 1 HEAPED tablespoon (15g) of FRESH CHAI per person to the pot. - Low simmer for up to 5 MINS remember to give it a bit of love with a few stirs.

Instructions
Cut the chicken cutlets into small pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Add 1/2 tsp curry powder.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Add 1 tbsp of oil to the pan and add the onion and sauté until translucent about 5 minutes.
Pour in the coconut milk and yogurt while stirring, cook for about 10 minutes or until the sauce thickens. Serve hot with basmati rice.

- 500g
chicken (I use the cutlets) - 1 tbsp
curry paste - 1 teaspoon
curry powder (Madras) - 1
finely chopped onion - 4
cloves of garlic - 1 tbsp
grated fresh ginger - 200ml
coconut milk - 1 tbsp
yogurt
chopped cilantro (a large handful) - salt
ground pepper
