- To teach the trainees how we activate customers' accounts and adhering the correct processes and procedures that goes with it.
- To instruct them on how to follow the step-by-step process in account creation
- To demonstrate to learners the differences between the various types of accounts.

Professional Install
Term we use if the security system is installed by one of our install techs/professionally installed.
A. These accounts are sold by our door-to-door sales reps. B. Technicians then will follow with the installment of the system after the sales reps closed the deal.

DIY Install
Term we use for accounts that were installed by the customers themselves. (Do-it-Yourself)
A. Sales reps over the phone will make the sale (Alder Inside Sales or one of our third-party sellers) B. Sales reps will be the ones to initiate the call during account creation or Inside Sales Survey prior to sending the equipment for the customers to install.
