onboarding standards
- Please keep communication clear & frequent. Responding to all update requests
- Any changes need to be communicated with Rick as soon as realistically possible
- Utilize the chatter function on SF
- Onboarding is your prioirity. If you have a starter you need to have all onboarding submitted by latest 2 business days before. If this will not be possible you will need to alert me of the situation before the deadline.
- Keep me updated in general
- Check the weekly reports and respond
- If actions are required for onboarding please prioritise
- If a placement is not onboarded it effects Customer Care & also prevents invoicing which will halt commission & money brought into the business
