What is lettering?

Lettering consists in draw,trace,desing and fill letters,words and messages in form of drawing. Not to be confused lettering with calligraphy or typography.

Caligraphy is like write the letters .When we are speaking about caligraphy we are speaking about the set of techniques that characterize the writing of an individual.

Typography can be define like desing the letters.We can name like typography to the set of character of letters ,numbers signs e.t.c. that have a serie in common. All of the characters have been designed following the same style guidelines.

Rules of lettering

If you are going to do lettering you have to follow somes rules:

• When do you downward strokes the strokes have to be thick
• When you make strokes up the strokes have to be fine
