Pour répondre à ma problématique j' ai fait des recherches de documents avec interprétation et exploitations des informations. De plus j'ai eu un entretien avec une professionnelle a qui j'ai poser des questions pour répondre a ma problématique et eu des réponses apportés.

IV- Réponses apportées à la problématique

- Le bien-être des salariés. Des espaces de travail confortables, une ambiance agréable et des équipements. Facteur majeur pour les salariés car elles affectent leur santé, leur bien-être, leur productivité et leur satisfaction au travail. - Améliorer la qualité de vie de leur employés, tout en créant un environnement de travail positif et productif.
