* Company's creation: 1950 by Pierre Delattre * Localisation : Forest-sur-Marque, 59510 * Turnover: € 5 400 000

Main activity:- cook dishes for private customers => sell in their shop - Propose services fro private customers and companys (barbecues, buffets, meals)

* Factory area : 2400m² * Different areas : - Pastry - Butcher's -Caterer - Kitchen - Dishes assembling areas * Around 50 employees * My tutor : Mr David Delavigne, Caterer's responsable

* My schedule : From monday to Friday, from 8am to 4pm * Dressing code : security shoes, kitchen clothes and a apron

Interesting aspects of the company : * Substainable developpement * Salarees get on well together * Very diversified clientele => hygiene was guaranteed by a laboratory

• Good experience
• helped me to find a summer job
• Great ocasion to meet new people
