The composition of a gene pool can change over time through evolution.

Original organisms:

Light Green

Dark Green

Dominant(blue dots)

Change in environment

- Food colouring fell into the lake. - Plants begin to grow of different colours. -Original frogs can not camuflage anymore.

Mutation presence increases

- Mutated frogs survive better (hidding)- Predators hunt more the original frogs -Decrease of Og frogs, increase of mutated frogs.
