the bases of the opinions

What can we do?

The opinion you generate

People are often manipulated by the opinions of others. Enough of basing what you believe by observing others. The fact of having freedom of opinion is that we have no limitations on what we think. Nor do you fall under the effects of ignorance and disinterest, which is your main enemy when it comes to generating your own opinion.

You generate your opinions based on your environment, if you are part of a community that cares for the environment, naturally it will be part of you to act. However, there are always fallacies that define your beliefs and can affect what you think

Organizations and their implementations

The impact of an opinion

You can:

  • Be a change agent
  • Show more enthusiasm
  • Interest
  • Communicate

Education is not always the best

"Climate change is a lie, the weather always changes, I don't think it affects much"

They didn't teach me that at school, I don't think it's important

Consumer

The importance of the origin of what we consume

What can we do?

The large consumption and increase in animals for human consumption obviously depend on the increase in the population, that is, the increase in demand, so the supply must be increased. Instead of just expanding, it is necessary to rely on new technologies and strategies to be able to make the most of and avoid as much as possible the greenhouse gases that this production can generate.

The livestock sector produces at least 15% of greenhouse gases

High levels of consumption

"They are only animals, they do not pollute"

What can we do to reduce consumption?

"It is necessary for public consumption, there is no other way"

  • Regulate what we buy
  • Several more in the products we consume
  • Try substitute products

There really isn't much to discuss here, it really depends on the population, the consumption it has and how the technologies will look for alternatives to regulate the pollution produced by this sector.

Citizen

A system with its privileged

What can we do?

There is definitely a solution, do things right. Promote citizen participation for all kinds of activities related to reducing climate change and a good base of leaders who show commitment to global issues.

Government policies

Government policies define what must be done, they are usually based on standards but on occasions there is corruption with some organizations so that they are more benefited

So what can be said about political decisions, is there a way to combat them?

What actions to take

  • Promote citizen participation
  • Correctly follow the necessary regulations
  • Take preventive measures
  • Implement sanctions for those companies that do not comply
  • Improve infrastructure

"Have a protest or a march we fix it"

"Let's be our own politicians"

Professional

Depending on the work you have is the way you can contribute

Write your title

Companies pollute, that is true, they generate large amounts of polluting gases. But its use generates a lot of employment, from a moral point of view, you have to see the options to make companies greener

As an engineer taking this stance, my main area of work is evidently industry. Here are 2 options: Integrate the use of renewable energy or use equipment that uses less energy.

Sometimes we think that it is very easy to change a company to be greener when in reality it is very difficult, it depends on many things and it is risky

What can it be done?

  • Promote energy efficiency
  • Integration of renewable energies
  • Improve the waste management system
  • Maintain those suppliers that are socially and environmentally responsible

"I will put pure solar panels to power the fabric"

"I will make a budget to change the equipment for more efficient ones"
