Cash Out Tools

Under Cash Out you will find all of the spend management tools your group has for your expenses. Each of these tools can be set up to have approvals for funds leaving the account. Here are some examples:

Prepaid Card: Re-loadable Mastercard to use for both in person or online purchasesOnline Bill Pay: Recurring or one time payments via ACH, EFT, or check to vendors or HQ. Send Money: Send funds directly to other groups using Billhighway.

Reports

There are lots of reports available to review. They are broken up by 3 different types of reports.

  • Transaction Reports: Every transaction in Billhighway has thier own report. See who created/approved transactions, dates, amounts, etc.
  • Online Inquiries: Highlight budget reports, membership roster, & more.
  • Financial Reports: All reports to check on the financial health of your group. Includes G&L, Income Statement, & more.
