How and when to access your Calibration Dashboard?
When you log into the Top Employers Portal to access your Calibration Dashboard, please click the tab ‘Survey’ in the navigation menu at the top of the page. Then, click on the button [To the Calibration Dashboard]. This button will direct you to your Dashboard.
Your Calibration Dashboard is available in your Portal from the countries start Survey date.
How to use your Calibration Dashboard?
The calibration dashboard allows you to have an overview of the answers of each country. Its main features are:
- Getting an overview of all your subsidiaries and checking their survey completion progress (in %)
- Reviewing in detail the answers (includind the evidences uploaded) provided by your subsidiaries by selecting a domain or a topic
