Utopia and Dystopia are literary genre created in the middle of the 20th century. Utopia refers to the creation of an imaginary world which is completely idyllic. In other words, utopian authors imagine the perfect society in which all people live in harmony. On the other side, dystopia is all about pessimism and often warn us about the potential drifts of an ideology or a situation. A dystopian work depicts an imaginary society ruled by a totalitarian power or an adverse ideology.

The first document is a mind map with the different way to have Utopia fiction.The second document is a mind map to, she explain the different point to make the perfect Dystopia story.The third document is an extract of a Utopia story named Welcome to the Monkey House, Kurt Vonnegut in 1961.

Now we can ask if Utopia or Dystopia can be a good solution to solve the world’s problems and whether it should therefore be applied.

Utopia is it a good way to make the world better than it is now. How we can see in the first document for creat an utopian world. We need to have ideal society so that everyone prospers in a better world. To have an utopian world we can have to unreals elements, like dreamland, fantasy,.. So an utopian world is consider like a true paradise, everyone live in harmoni and everyone are equal. No one's above than someone else. But is it really fair. Can this really suit everyone.

As in the third document we see the bad looks of an utopian world. In the story, so that everyone in equal some persons who as greater ease or quality will have by government order objects created for the sole purpose of the disabled.They do that for everyone are equally. But it's not fair. A human has it's birth must be able to grow and age with thier skills and "gifts".That one of the bad looks of an utopian world. Some persons can except the different laws imposed by the government but some can't.

About the dystopian world, if it's the opposite of the utopian world, the answer to the question to whether it should therefore be applied is obviously no.

In the second document we understand that there is a big separation between people according to their authority and power. It's a society with many violence who nobody are free and they live under the authority of the persons controlling the system.It's not a good way to solve the world's problems and an dystopian world may carry out on rebbels. So the world will be worse than now.

To conclude neither of them can be a good solution to have a better world. Both have bad points and there could be many consequences that could make life worse for the population.Even if the world is actually not the best he can be worse if we change the society with utopian or dystopian elements.
