A city is an urban space with a high population density, in which commerce, industry and services predominate.

The word field refers to a large piece of land that is far from a city

MEDIA

In the field it is difficult to have some kind of network, however they have old TV, basic cell phones and radio.

In the city you can find any type of means of communication such as: most updated cell phones, computers, laptops, TVs, radios and newspapers

In the city there is a greater variety of communication media and it is very easy to have access to them, it is cheaper to get one of these in the city than in the countryside

The means of transportation

The means of transport used by the inhabitants in the city are:

• Land transport such as: Buses, taxis, trolleybuses, trams, trains, railways and suburban.
• Air transport: Planes. helicopters and planes.
• Maritime transport: Cruises and ferries

The means of transportation used by rural inhabitants are

• Human Portage (load on the head and back)
• Pack Animals (donkeys and horses).
• As for the most used motor vehicles, they are “pick-up” or “van” type trucks.

Transportation is better in the city than in the countryside since there is more variety and they are more frequent and there is easy access to them.

Work in the city is diverse, from traditional professions like doctors, lawyers, engineers, teachers and journalists, craftsmen, entrepreneurs to more modern jobs like software developers, graphic and fashion designers, and even tech-related jobs.

Peasants, farmers and ranchers work in the fields

As we can see, there are more job opportunities in the city and they are also better paid than in the countryside

The pollution

They are usually produced mainly due to human activities that take place in the field, although there are also natural ones, and they have an impact on nature, being able to cause damage to ecosystems and biodiversity. Agricultural pollution, deforestation and desertification, eutrophication, erosion

The environmental problems of cities are more related to the emission of toxic gases, water pollution, excessive domestic and industrial waste, sound and light pollution. These contaminants have consequences on water, soil, the atmosphere or the health of people.

Although, in the countryside and the city there is pollution, we can realize that there is less pollution in the countryside and therefore the environment is more beautiful in the countryside than in the city.

Communication and socialization

In the countryside there is less population, which results in fewer houses and they are further away

In the city there is a lot of population, the houses are closer together and there are people everywhere

Communication between people is worse in rural areas due to the distance between houses which makes communication very low.

The traffic

For the same reason that there are not many means of transport in the countryside, there is no traffic

As there are different means of transport and that there are many of these, there is much more traffic in the city.

We can come to the conclusion that traffic is much more terrible in the city.

Most food products come from the countryside and in the city they tend to be sold more expensive or cheaper depending on the season, and in general everything that is needed to live comfortably today is more expensive.y there is a lot of population, the houses are closer together and there are people everywhere

In the countryside the lands lend themselves to planting, which is why it is easier and cheaper to get food and although they live with the basics, they do not spend much

We can see that life is more expensive in the city than in the countryside.

In the rural area there are small settlements that provide some basic services but, sometimes, their inhabitants have to move to the city

The city has a wide range of services, which can be basic, such as education or health, or others such as gastronomy, entertainment, courier services, hairdressers, supermarkets, among many others.

It is clear that in the city there are more services of all kinds, it is easier to access them

In the city we could see that the traffic is very high, the amount of homework is very large and the working hours are long and heavy.

The countryside is a place where there are not many inhabitants and also the lifestyle is much more relaxed and where you are constantly in contact with nature.

It is very obvious that life in the country is calmer and less stressful. Cities are very noisy compared to the countryside.

Why is it better for Juan to live in the COUNTRYSIDE?

My name is Juan and I have lived here for more than 45 years, I am a farmer and rancher, I have a family of 5 members, my wife, 3 daughters and 1 boy.I really like living here because I feel that it is calmer and more relaxing than the city, once I lived in Mexico City for about 3 months but I realized that there everything is more expensive, life is more hectic, more stressful and it is more big, in fact much bigger than where I live and although you have more access to different services that there are not in the countryside, I would not live there again. I like living here because I can grow my own food and I don't have a lot of expenses like in the city. Apart from the fact that here the air is fresher and purer, that is, there is not as much pollution as in the city. Something I also realized is that there are many more cars and means of transportation, and they are very luxurious cars. Without a doubt, the countryside and the city have very good and very bad things, I will not change my opinion that I like living here in the countryside more.
