Sought out a fitness routine that was more than cardio- something to combine both physical and spiritual growth
All of the students and instructors at Tiger Rock Martial Arts are on their own RISE journey.
Joined the Tiger Rock community- all members of the TR community are students (even the instructors are working on rising to the next level)
