Instructions

Alex had his school traineeship at a communications agency. More than 50 people were working in this context and he was assigned to the press department. During this experience he was supposed to learn how to be a good receptionist so his main assignment was to reply and send emails and manage the internal communication between colleagues. But one day something unexpected happened. One of the people in charge of writing press releases fell ill with covid-19. The agency manager asked Alex to draft a press release in 48 hours. Alex wasn’t supposed to be able to do this and he immediately felt frustrated and not able to complete the assignment. After a moment of discouragement Alex remembered that he attended a press course during his middle school so he put in his knowledge gained during the internship and during a course to try to cope with this assignment. Alex has been able to deliver the press release in time. The manager approved his assignement and complimented him on it. After the internship he offered Alex a job at the agency.
