Hi everyone, we are the group 2 and we going talk about extinction of species. This work is for the discipline of Englies and for the teacher Ana Andrade. We wait you like the work.

Definicion

Extinction is the biology that studies the disappearance of species, subspecies, or groups of species. It is generally considered the death of the only remaining of the species to be generally unavoidable. Extinction is not an uncommon event: species are created by speciation and disappear by extinction.

Causes

The main causes of the extinction of animals are: the anthropic action and the species, decrease of the population with the predatory hunting and pollution and contamination of the environment, another phenomenon that helps in the extinction is the destruction of the habitat, which can be through desertification, loss of habitats.

Others are animal trafficking and poaching, unsustainable agriculture and fishing, invasion of exotic species, pollution and climate change. Currently, more than 24,000 species are at risk of extinction.

One of the first problems is habitat loss, causing many species to be left without a place to protect themselves from any kind of imminent or non-imminent danger.

Climate change also helps in this animal crisis.

Consequences
