The access codes are not working
Introduction
In many cases the access to the building works with a code. Sometimes, the code we gave is wrong OR it can be possible that the guests can't find the right door where they should enter the code. You can also follow this process if the badge is not working.
How to handle this situation?

Give more info
If guest still cannot find the door
Check the address, the code and the CI instructions in the hook or in the BO Listings Operationals and send it to the guest
Send the CM phone number. If CM don't answer the phone, you can try to call him/her to ask them if they can check if everything is ok with the guest.
