Photographs
It is important we take photographic evidence when completing our inspections. This will help Operations Managers make decisions on whether damage should be charged to the customer, provide evidence to the customer on the things we find and assist our Maintenance and Cleaning teams in understanding what needs to be worked on.We will not be able to charge any customer for damage if there is no photograph taken of the damage. As a minimum, there should be at least 2 photographs for each room taken during a checkout inspection. See the next slide for information on the 2 photos required.
