Examples:

This tense is used to describe an action that will be completed before a specified time.

The guests are coming at 8 p.m. I'll have finished cooking by then. On October 9 we'll have been married for 50 years. Will you have gone to bed when I get back?

Structure: subject + will have + verb past participle

Examples:

This tense is used to describe an action that will occur and will continue for a set period of time in the future.

I will be writing the letter tomorrow. The baby will be playing the whole night. I will be helping my mother to make breakfast.

Examples:

I will have been waiting here for three hours by six o'clock. By 2001 I will have been living in London for sixteen years.
