is Queen Consort of England and Ireland as the sixth and last wife of King Henry VIII, her third husband whom she married in 1543, succeeding Catherine Howard.

Katherine Parr was not a new and young wife for Henry. She was the wife of Edward Borough, Baron Gainsborough, and then of John Neville, Baron Latimer. She married Henry VIII on 12 July 1543 at Hampton Court.
