New Hire Orientation is considered compliance training by GOAL. This means a few important things for us as facilitators! Review the information on this slide. When you're finished, click the "Back" arrow in the top left corner of the screen.

Important:

No PL or coaching credit awarded for NHO

New hires must attend all assigned sessions; absences must be excused by HR only

Schoology work for NHO is also compliance

Communicate concerns about a new hire's attendance, engagement, or understanding directly to HR

NHO: The (General) Schedule

Days 1 & 2: Whole Group

Introduce policies & platforms relevant to all GOAL staff

Sessions include

Welcome session to NHO

Human Resources, Safety, Communications, Intro to Tech

Schoology, Vector, Insight
