NHO: The required stuff
New Hire Orientation is considered compliance training by GOAL. This means a few important things for us as facilitators! Review the information on this slide. When you're finished, click the "Back" arrow in the top left corner of the screen.
Optional click to review our definition of "Compliance" on the L&D website
Important:
No PL or coaching credit awarded for NHO
New hires must attend all assigned sessions; absences must be excused by HR only
Schoology work for NHO is also compliance
Communicate concerns about a new hire's attendance, engagement, or understanding directly to HR
