Modal verbs
Once upon a time
The beginning
Once upon a time, there was a young professional named Sarah who was starting her first job after college. She was excited to begin her career, but also nervous about the office culture and etiquette. Sarah had heard that netiquette, or online etiquette, was just as important as in-person etiquette in the workplace.
