Fridays for the future

Fridays for Future, is an international protest movement for Climate Justice, made up of people who organize and participate in demonstrations in which they demand and demand political actions aimed at preventing global warming and climate change.

Greenhouse gas effect

The first responsible for the greenhouse effect is the excessive use of fossil fuels such as coal, oil and natural gas, both for production reasons and for individual use. The massive use of fossil fuels has resulted in a huge amount of CO2 emissions, one of the main greenhouse gases.

Agenda 2030

In 2015, 193 countries adopted the ‘’Agenda 2030’’, it is a collection of 17 goals for saving the forests, biodiversity, education and reduce world hunger. It will expire in 2030

Forests

The forests covered 30% of the earth, it is essential to combat climate change but every year we lose 13 milion hectares of forests. More than 80% of all terrestrial species of animals, plants and insect live in forests

Biodiversity

The experts at the international union for conservsation of nature have a red list, it is of vurnerable, endangered and exitinct animals and plant species, in the future we probably lose 5600 species, the main causes are the climate change, habitat destruction, poaching and trophy hunting

Hole in the ozone layer

The hole in the ozone layer don’t block the ultraviolet (UV) light, so the sun rays reach easily the surface of the earth. Both actions produce higher temperatures. The consequences for the environment are extreme weather events as: hurricanes, flooding and droughts.
