Tiana was the first black Disney Princess. There has been much criticism about her main issue being financial insecurities. Many people believe this was done in poor taste.

Mulan depicts a white-washed version of Chinese culture. There is also mistakes that were overlooked throughout the film such as a Japanese flag placed on the medical tents.

While Soul did not include much racism there were still some inaccurate portayals of the black community and many believe it is easy to tell that most writers of this film were white.

Not the first Disney film to include racist undertones but has become one of the most popular. The Crows in the film are led by "Jim Crow" and perpetuate different stereotypes from the time period.

The characterization of Shun Gon uses racist Eastern Asian stereotypes such as slanted eyes and buck teeth.

Terms like "savages" and "redskins: used to depict Native Americans are scattered throughout Peter Pan.
