wHat is hygiene?

Hygiene are the activities that we do to ensure good health through good cleanliness. There are many ways to maintain good hygiene and there are also very many types of hygiene such as: Personal hygiene Environmental hygiene Domestic hygiene Food hygiene

This is the most common hygiene we do everyday and it refers to how we clean our body every day.

Storing food or drink in a way that best reduces the risk of consumers becoming sick.

This is the cleaning of our surrounding and environment.

This is all the work done to keep people's clothes, beddings, and houses clean.

Advantages of good hygiene

It can cause: Body odor Foul smelling mouth Unattractive appearance Build up of dead skin cells

Cleanliness prevent us from diseases. It keeps our surrounding clean. People feel more confident having a good hygiene. Cleanliness keeps germs away.
