What do you think?
Answer these two questions: 1. What do you think is happening in the photograph? 2. What evidence from the image helped you form your inference?
What are we doing this lesson?
Learning Intentions:
I AM LEARNING how to cite strong and thorough textual evidence to support analysis of what the text says EXPLICITLY as well as INFERENCES drawn from the text. We are learning this because it is important to recognize and understand written information that is presented to us - weather it is unspoken or directly stated.
Success Criteria:
I can cite textual evidence from an assigned text or an image. I can cite textual evidence based on the ideas the text is explicitly stating and I can cite evidence to support inferences I made from the text.
