· English for professional and academic communication. · A course to help improve your use of English in specific genres. · You will learn how to create a pentachart, a research proposal document, and how to make a successful presentation. ·This implies that we should work on the following content:

- Sentence skills
- Paragraph writing
- Research proposal structure
2. Oral presentations fundamentals:
- Informative speech structure
- Persuasive speech structure
- Verbal and non-verbal Communication skills

- Innovation/Research idea

Length: 1500 words (excluding references)

Exam content
1. Academic writing theory and practice 2. Fundamentals of Oral presentations.
Exam format: 1. reading and listening comprehension 2. Multiple choice 3. matching 4. filling the gaps
Oral presentation 20%
It is the speech presentation of your research proposal (it should be done in pairs/groups. (face to face).
