Optional text you can include when you submit your form Club Suggestion: Creative Writing Club Description of suggested club: Students interested in creative writing will share their ideas, encourage each other in their writing projects, provide constructive feedback, and participate in short writing prompts. The club will explore examples of creative writing, writing tools/resources, and careers that use creative writing skills. The activities of the club will be determined in a democratic process by the participants in the club based on their interests and needs. This may include collaborative projects and/or publications. Participants in the club will be encouraged (but not required) to share and/or publish their work. Writers of all abilities will be welcomed. Benefit to CCA: Currently there is no creative writing club at CCA but there are many learners who express themselves in their writing. This club will give CCA learners a chance to explore creative interests in a fun, safe, and collaborative space.
