If a customer contacts us because they have had a GameStop order fraudulently placed using their debit/credit card, advise the customer to contact their bank or financial institution. You'll also need to make sure you notate the order with the pertinent information and if the customer would like to file a Police report you can assist by following the Law Enforcement Request article.If a customer claims his credit/debit card was used fraudulently, agents should NOT apply appeasements on the order.
