INTEGRATED APPROACH

Integration is a core principle of the URBACT Method, particularly the Action Plan Networks are expected to produce local Integrated Action Plans (read the studies from 2019 and 2023). URBACT has also contributed to transversal initiatives, which can enrich the cities' understanding of an integrated approach -- such as the Gender Equal Cities and the Local Pact, on urban poverty at the neighbouhood-scale.
