In this presentation we are going to talk about living in a foreign country, why people choose to do so and where is the best place to live.

REASONS FOR LIVING IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY

The main reasons are:

  • Developing cultural awareness;
  • Making friends from all over the world;
  • Having more opportunities to travel;
  • Learning a new language;
  • Better career opportunities.

CHALlENGES OF LIVING ABROAD

  • The cost of moving and living abroad
  • Difficulty finding work
  • Making friends
  • Healthcare

The best country to move to

According to the Better Life Index, Switzerland is one of the best countries in the world to live in, in terms of:

  • employment
  • education
  • life expectancy and health
  • safety

Conclusion

In conclusion moving to a foreign country can be a transformative experience that brings numerous benefits. While it can be challenging at times, and requires some effort, in the long run it is a winning bet.
