PPR Coverflex Real Seguro E Process

1. Collaborator in the Coverflex app, defines the value he intends to subscribe respecting the minimums of the product - (1st delivery and subsequent ones).
2. Real Vida receives an email with proof of transfer of the selected amount and a file with the identification of the Insured person/Employee and the customer's identification (Company name and Nif).
3. Coverflex receives notification via e-mail, with information that the process has been sent to Real Vida) - (1st and subsequent deliveries).
4. The employee will receive an email (up to 5 working days) confirming delivery of the amounts. In the first delivery, it will be necessary to start the process with Real Vida, through MyRealVida, where you will have to fill in the missing data and share the CC.
5. All product management (check balances, documents, redemptions, etc.) is done directly on the MyRealVida portal, Real Vida indicates up to 5 days for the processing of redemptions.
