ACcessing NWEAP

• USER NAME IS YOUR CISD EMAIL.
• PASSWORD IS NOT TIED TO YOUR OTHER ACCOUNTS.
• CLICK ON "FORGOT PASSWORD" IS YOU DON'T REMEMBER.

click "manage test sessions"

choose "saved testing sessions"

• Search for your saved session created by me.
• "lastname"MOYA
• "LASTNAME"MOYB
• Click "edit session"

• Has the right test session been assigned?
• If not, assign the right test.

Check

• Click on the students needing accommodations
• Click "Assign Accommodations"

Accommodations

assign oral accommodations.

• Oral accommodations are the only acccommodations we are providing for SPED, 504, and LEP students stated in their plans.
• Scroll down to "TEXT TO SPEECH"
• Check all four text to speech accommodations.
• EXCEPT ENGLISH I TEACHERS WILL NOT CHECK "ASSETS SUCH AS READING PASSAGES".

• You will need to send an email to your parents communicating the date(s) you will be administering your MAP test.
• SAMPLE EMAIL
• Simply copy and paste into your mass email sent from eSchool Plus or Parent Square.
