This assembly of multimedia projects highlights the work that has been done for EPSY 440: Engaging in Multimedia Intruction. The main focus was to navigate topics I was interested inlearning more about through a variety of medias. Though the manyof the projects center around how to incorporate mindfulness practices, I also touch on other topics for the purpose of learning more about the world around me, a concept commonly expressed in midnfulness ideology.

3. Long Form Video (Storyboard)
This video will introduce the concept of mindfulness, it’s benefits, and different ways to incorporate it into daily practices. The storyboard shows a layout of the video and plans the different shots that will be filmed. The learning outcomes that I intend to have people gain from watching this video is comprehension of mindfulness, familiarity with the different mindfulness practices, and peak viewers interest in trying to implement these activities in their own lives.
