- There is a schedule provided in the packet. Keep that.
- Manual times will be sent out later this week by National DECA
- Universal Park Hopper
- Each student will use those around their competition schedule
- Everyone will attend DECA Night on Monday night

Rooms/Rules
- Each Advisor has their own room on the hallway with the students
- Girls are 5 to a room (3 girl rooms)
- Boys are 4 in a roomm (1 boy room)
- All rules are outlined in the documents. Please go over these with your child.

- Photo ID--for plane and required for competition sign in
- Professional Dress
- DECA Blazers are provided for everyone to borrow/share
- There are enough for all the males to have their own for the trip
- Females may need to share
- Fun clothes for parks
- Any DECA apparel, including the new ICDC shirt arriving any day this week
- Swimwear, if swimming
- Other items as necessary
- Competition related items
- As mentioned in the packet, all students will carry their own medications.
- Advisors can give the over the counter if needed, with parental consent
meals/money
- Students are financially responsible for all meals
- They may bring any food/snacks of their own
- Each student will receive a resort refillable cup
Paperwork/CommunicatioN
- Please make sure all paperwork is returned with all signatures no later than Wednesday this week (even though I think the packet says Friday) so it can all be processed
- There is a "Talking Points" that the students are already on, but you are welcome to join--just know that most of the updates will be student related

- We will keep open communication both ways
- Make sure we have up to date insurance information
- If your child needs medical care, as necessary we will call 911 or an Advisor will call an Uber to take them to Urgent Care--we will stay in touch with you!
Payments
- As you know, the School Store profits were able to provide scholarships to all attendees!
- Some students received fundraising dollars, too
- The balances have been submitted to the bookkeeper to MPP posting, so I will let you know when she is able to do those
