That's a tough question. I think I'm optimistic because I usually expect good things to happen so consequently you never see me moody or unhappy. I'm good fun to be around and I often make jokes with my students who like my sense of humour. We get along well together. I rarely take any days off work and I love my job. I enjoy meeting new people. That's how you find out so much about them.

The first thing I would say is that I am honest. I mean if I found a wallet with a lot of money in it I would return it to the owner or take it to the police. I hate dishonesty. You can trust me. In my view I am kind and considerate. I have to be in my job. I always have other people in mind whenever I make decisions and the job is quite a responsbility. Days at work can be long and tiring but I love it.

I love my job but it's the customers I find annoying. Why can't they make up their minds what colour they want or what size they need. They can be so rude. I offer to help but they don't ever thank me. I just point to the changing room now or the rail and let them get on with it.
