Remote Learning

School and social life are so important to who someone becomes as a person, when COVID-19 happened, children were put behind and forced to stay away from any social contact.

Remote learning has been a large factor as to why there are not only short-term but also long-term effects on children.

Masks

How COVID-19 Has Effected Children

Although the restrictions for COVID were set into place to attempt to keep people safe, it is only proving making matters worse for children who are trying to learn how the world works.

Masks cover people’s mouths which cuts off our main form of communication, being young, that can affect how someone will grow up and communicate in the future.

Parental Stress

The young generation has been affected most by the COVID-19 restrictions because language barriers and language deficits have become increasingly more popular but also, depression, anxiety, and suicide rates have gone up.

Being a parent can automatically cause life to become more stressful, but when the pandemic hit, it was a whole new level of stress added into people’s lives.
