Use this information when answering the post lab questions.

instructions

You will need a “partner” or be able to videotape yourself as you need to keep track of the number of repetitions you complete for each time period. You must complete the exercises as quickly as possible while maintaining control of your body during the exercise. Keep exercising the muscle group without stopping until the time is up- this is very important to clearly identify time of muscle fatigue. Follow the directions for each activity (next slide).

Stand with both feet on the floor and raise your heels as far as possible. Do this as many times as possible within the 90 seconds. Record data in your data table.

Put your arm out straight in front of you. Bend at the elbow and return the arm to the straight position. Do this as many times as possible within 8 minutes. Record data in your data table.

Hold a tennis ball (or something that has a "little" give) in one hand. Squeeze until a small dent can be seen/felt. Do this as many times as possible within 90 seconds. Record data in your data table.
