What is Convoso?
Convoso is our phone platform! This predictive dialer will automatically call each of our potential clients so you can transform that chance to a successfull transfer.

Convoso does not require any installment and starting using it is super simple. Just follow these steps:
Select your campaign
Login
Go to Convoso
Enter your company email and Convoso password and click on SIGN IN.
Click here
From the dropdown menu
Convoso
Now let's set your Convoso status!
But before moving on...

Now let's give a look to the list of available statuses:
Restroom

Coaching
Break
Available

Select the correct process to change your status from "Available" to break, lunch or logout.
Switch to "break" first
The dialer will restart, and then we can select the new status.
Switch to "coaching" first.
The dialer will be paused, and then we can select the new status.
Switch to "unavailable" first
A pop up window will appear with the text "Ready for new status".
Switch to the desired status
And then select "available" when you're ready
